核心指导3:乳糖不耐受人群可选择零乳糖或低乳糖奶制品[11-15]▪指导首选零乳糖牛奶、酸奶和奶酪。▪避免空腹食用奶制品,佐餐食用可以延长胃排空时间,防止乳糖快速到达大肠,减轻肠胃不适的症状。▪尝试少量多次食用奶及奶制品,少量是指降低单次食用的奶及奶制品量,少量多次食用可使肠道逐渐接受奶及奶制品中的乳糖,提高耐受性。
